Use the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's official online complaint system and choose the tourism complaint option. You can also contact the local 12345 government service hotline about a tourism dispute. The former 12301 tourism hotline was merged into local 12345 government service hotlines. An old directory of tourism bureau numbers is not a reliable current contact list.

Give your name and contact details, the operator's name and address, what happened and where and when, and the remedy you request. Provide evidence supporting your account, such as the relevant booking, contract, receipt or correspondence.
The Tourism Complaint Handling Measures, effective 15 March 2026, distinguish acceptance from mediation. Article 11 excludes complaints filed more than 90 days after the contractual performance period ends, and lists other grounds for non-acceptance. This is not simply 90 days from when you notice a problem.
Article 14 requires an acceptance decision within two working days. Article 23 requires a mediation agreement or termination of unsuccessful mediation within 60 days after acceptance; appraisal or testing time is excluded under Article 20. These are different stages and do not promise a refund or resolution within five working days. Consult the official text for the full conditions.
After submitting, keep the complaint reference and query information provided by the official service. Use its complaint tracking page to check progress. Do not post private booking documents or identity details in this blog's comments.
