Beijing tour
Discover Beijing’s hidden soul from the sidecar of a vintage motorcycle. No fixed itinerary—just the city we love, curated together in one unforgettable day.
This is not a standard tour. It’s an invitation to see Beijing through the eyes of a local—from the sidecar of a classic motorcycle. No rigid schedule, no tourist traps. Just a day of spontaneous discovery, shaped by your curiosity and the city’s pulse. We might start with a rooftop view of the skyline if the air is clear, then weave through the futuristic Central Business District, where world-famous architecture like Rem Koolhaas’s CCTV building redefines the skyline. A short visit to a hidden hutong or a local market can be added on a whim. The itinerary is yours to improvise. Whether you’re drawn to modern marvels or authentic street life, this private sidecar experience offers a unique, personal connection to Beijing—flexible, intimate, and unforgettable.
The map shows the tour area. The detailed plan below remains the source for stops and timing.
We improvise the sidecar tours with you. No special itinerary, we just show you the Beijing we love after discussing it with you. The one day itinerary may include most of the following:

The Central Business district and its new innovating world famous buildings and the famous Reem Koolhaas's CCTV building.
If the visibility is good, we'll get up a skyscraper to get a view of the city.
We can pay a short visit at the Panjiayuan antique/flee market.
The animal market (fish, birds and… crickets) with a peek of amateurs practicing Péking Opera.
Hutongs (traditional small alleys) in the South, authentic Beijing life!
A very animated street market
An introduction to the Temple of Heaven from the roof terrace of the Pearl Market.
Street Food Market
Lunch in a Beijing restaurant.
The New Beijing Opera, the "eggshell" by French Architect Paul Andreu
Jingshan Park (the Charcoal Hill), so that we can have the view of the "sea of golden roofs" of the Forbidden City
Wu Hao, a Design platform gallery nested in an historical garden.
Drum and Bell Tower one of the oldest monument in the city.
Ride along Houhai lakes.
Once again: we can't do it all.
