Yichang Jingzhou Wuhan 3 Day Tour

Your cruise ship (not included) passes through Xiling Gorge and arrives at Yichang around noon, on the the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River.

Our local tour guide will meet you at the Yichang port and you are escorted in a private car or van driving directly from Yichang Port to Jingzhou City.

Located 110 km east of Yichang, Jingzhou was once the ancient capital of Chu Kingdom during the Eastern Zhou back to 2000 years ago. Today Jingzhou still has its ancient city relatively intact, a lovely small ancient town. The present city wall was rebuilt in 1646 during Qing Dynasty. The wall was built of limestone, bricks and earth.

You are arranged to visit the old city wall of Jingzhou and Jingzhou Museum. Stay over night in Jingzhou.

After breakfast at your hotel in Jingzhou, leave Jingzhou and drive to Wuhan, 222 km east of Jingzhou. Arriving at Wuhan, check into your hotel. After lunch, start your visit in Wuhan. First visit Yellow Crane Tower and take a lift up the tower for a bird-eye view of the city of Wunan. Yellow Crane Tower is the land mark in Wuhan

which has been standing on the top of She Mountain (Snake Mountain) for over 1800 years.

Then head to Hubei Provincial Museum. Hubei Provincial Museum is a national-level museum with a huge collection of cultural relics including the world famous

Bell Chimes. Return to your hotel and you are free for the remainder of the day.

After breakfast at your hotel, you are free on your own. Then you are transferred to Wuhan airport or railway station for your next destination.
