Splendid Beijing 5 Day Tour

Upon arrival in Beijing, met by our English speaking tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Beijing. You are at your leisure to explore the city.

First visit Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world. The move on to the Forbidden City, the complex of imperial palace, which was home to the Emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties for over 500 years.

After lunch, visit Temple of Heaven, the place where the Emperors prayed for peace and harvest. Shopping at a local silk store. Tonight, enjoy Beijing Roast duck dinner.

First visit the Jade Museum to have a basic knowledge of China jade culture. Then begin the highlight of your Beijing tour, hiking the Great Wall of China, Mutainyu Great Wall, a massive military defense works which was left from the Ming dynasty.

After lunch, drive to the Underground Palace (Dingling, one of the 13 Ming Dynasty Tombs complex). From the Yongle Emperor onwards, 13 Ming Dynasty Emperors were buried in this area. You will visit Dingling, the tomb of the Wanli Emperor, which is the only one of the Ming Dynasty Tombs to have been excavated.

After breakfast, visit the enchanting, the largest imperial garden in China. The Summer Palace was a favorite haunt of the Dowager empress Cixi for her own enjoyment. Then have a photo stop at the Olympic Stadiums nicknamed the "Bird's Nest"and the National Aquatics"the Water Cube (H2O3).

After Chinese lunch, take a rickshaw at the mazy Hutong tour Area to experience the traditional life style of Beijingers. Enjoy Chinese tea ceremony at a teahouse. Yoou are at leisure for the rest of the day.

You are free at leisure and transferrd to Beijing capital airport and take flight for your next destination.
