Pick up at your hotel around 8:00am. Then head to the Simatai Great Wall . This part of your treking is one of the most beautiful sections of the Great Wall. Today's hike is focused on the east section of the Simatai Great Wall - 12 towers. Actually there are totally 16 watchtowers distributed on the east Simatai Great Wall snaking the ridge of the steep mountain. The 13th-16th towers are forbidden to hike due to their steepness and treacherousness. For most Simatai Great Wall lovers, people prefer to hike up the Great Wall, then take the cable car down. If you don't have strong legs, you may take the cable car up to an open place close to the 8th tower ( White Cloud Tower ), then climb up or climb down the Great Wall, or again you may choose to take the cable car back to the ground.

After lunch, walk to Duanjia Quadrangle Tavern, there is a ousidehotspring pool from which you can look up and see the Simatai Great Wall, there is a inside hot spring pool and sauna room that are surrounded by the French Window, there is also a big lounge with Japanese style. After enjoying the hot spring bath you will be transferred to your midtown hotel in Beijing.
