Simatai Great Wall & Chateau Changyu Day Trip

Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Beijing in the early morning around 8:00am. Get to the Simatai Great Wall around 10:00. This part of your treking is one of the most beautiful sections of the Great Wall. Today's hike is focused on the east section of the Simatai Great Wall - 12 towers. Actually there are totally 16 watchtowers distributed on the Simatai Great Wall snaking the ridge of the steep mountain. The 13th-16th towers are forbidden to hike due to their steepness and treacherousness. After 2-3 hours hiking, head to the Chateau Changyu AFIP Global Beijing for a romantic lunch. Then check in at the Small Resort Hotels Europe inside the Chateau for the night. Dinner is not included. After lunch, you are arrangd to visit the Chateau museum, have wine tasting, DIY and have leisure time on your own to tour the small Eropean style town and wine planting area.

After breakfast, you have a free and leisure morning on your own. Check-out at noon and transferred back to your midtown hotel in Beijing. The service ends.
