Pick-up from Shenyang Airport and first visit Shenyang Imperial Palace. Shenyang Imperial Palace is a big draw in Shenyang. It was originally built built in 1625, the Qing Dynasty's most ancient imperial architectural feat, second to only the Forbidden City in Beijing in terms of historical and artistic value.
Then move on to local shopping street - Central Street, the first and still one of the busiest shopping streets in Shenyang.
After lunch, visit North Tomb. North Tomb is an expansive complex, the burial site of Hung Taiji (1592 - 1643), the founder of Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). The North Tomb sits in the same name park known as Bei Ling Park (North Tomb Park), a few kilometers north of Shenyang. The sacred way of animal statues lead up to the mound known as the Luminous Tomb (Zhao Ling). You will visit a few traditional architechure and ornamentation.
