Pick up from your midtown hotel in Hangzhou and head to Hangzhou Flower Nursery . It is located west of West Lake. It covers an area of 60 acres, a largest center in Hangzhou for flower cultivation and research. It is composed of 9 sections - bonsai, orchid, peony, rose, chrysanthemum, outdoor herbaceous flower, water flower and hothouse flowers. It has over 2000 different kinds of bonsai and flowers.

Then move on to Hangzhou Botanical Garden . It is not only a large public botanical garden, also a research area where the cultivation and protection of the environment is being given due attention. The garden was built in 1956. It is situated in Taoyuanling, Xihu District. It covers an area of 248.46 acres. It is a beautiful garden with decorative buildings including pavilions and kiosks. Green trees, colorful and lovely flowers, and extremely fresh air seem to take people into a natural world.

After Chinese lunch, you are taken to Yellow Dragon Cave . The Yellow Dragon Cave used to be a taoist temple. Now it is simple but elegant yard. It lays out as an interesting park built in 1985 with tea houses, temples, statues and even an outdoor theater where opera is performed during the day in elaborate traditional costumes from the Song Dynasty. The Bamboo Garden is unique in the Yellow Dragon Cave. In the garden grows a great variety of bamboo, white bamboo, purple bamboo, green bamboo, black bamboo, square bamboo and so on.

Then continue to visit Prince Bay Park . It is located on the southern bank of West Lake. It used to be a garden in the Southern Song Dynasty for two princes.

Now it is a water and hill garden with beautiful scene. Now it is well know for holding wedding ceremony. In spring tulips are ablooming and couples come to the park to start their wedding or celebrate their wedding.

After the whole day tour, you are transferred back to your midtown hotel in Hangzhou.
