Arrival in Beijing. Meet and transfer to your hotel. Free for rest of the day.
First visit Forbidden City, that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. Then move on to Tiananmen Square, the heart and symbol of Beijing and is the biggest square in the world.
After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshiped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Then move on to Summer Palace, originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty. Back to your hotel.

Full excursion tour to Mutinayu Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. Then, go on with the visit to Dingling ( Ming Tombs ), one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Back to your hotel in Beijing.

After breakfast, you are free in Beijing till your later afternoon flight for Zhangjiajie. Arrival at the city of Zhangjiajie and you are met by our tour guide and you will be transferred from the city to to your hotel in Wulingyuan Scenic Area (Zhangjiajie Scenic Area). Free for rest of the day.
Today you are arranged to visit Wulingyuan Scenic Area for a whole day including the highlights below:
Tianzi Mountain: one of the four scenic zones in Wulingyuan Scenic Area. The landscape in Tianzi Mountain is natural and primeval. Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve lies on the highest point of "Golden Triangle", its highest point being 1262.5m (Kunlun peak) and lowest point being 534m (Shilan valley).

Yuanjiajie Nature Reserve: a naturally formed platform mountain, surrounded by higher summits which are divided by deep valleys. Added to this scene is an array of amazing lesser peaks
and grotesque rocks.

The Golden Whip Stream: one of the most attractive travel spot in Zhangjiajie which flows between steep grotesque peaks and luxuriant trees. With a length of 7.5 kilometers, Golden Whip Stream is famous for its pristine water, its verdant mountains, its steep cliffs and its serene valley.

Zhangjiajie Ten-mile Natural Gallery: situated in to the northwest of Suoxigu Natural Reserve, and at the foot of Tianzi Mountain.This natural Chinese painting is about 5.8 kilometers in length.

After breakfast, spend most of the day still sightseeing in Wulingyuan Scenic Area including the following highlights:
Yangjiajie: a newly found dainty nature reserve after Zhangjiajie, Suoxi Valley and Tianzi Mountain which is located in the northwestern part of Zhangjia, adjacent to Mountain Tianzi,it has absorbed more and more tourist from domestic and other countries.

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park: Located in the northwest of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park has more than 3000 surprising pillar-like formations
pulling out from earth and seen throughout the park. First take elevator up to Huangshi Fort to have a high view of the park - a huge painting of Chinese beautiful landscape.

The drive back to the city of Zhangjiajie. After dinner, take the evening flight to Shanghai. Met and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai.
Morning is free on your own. After lunch, visit Yuyuan Garden, a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds. Move on to the Old City God's Temple Bazaar from the Song Dyansty.

First visit Shanghai Museum, the selection of over 112,000 Chinese cultural relics from the Old Stone Age to modern times. Then proceed to visit the "Pedestrians only" Nanjing Road, a walking bustling street that is always packed with people watching other people.

Then move on to the Bund, one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai. After lunch, go to Shanghai's new zone - Pudong ( east of Huangpu River) and ascend Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Finally take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Back to your hotel.
