Starting the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the world largest square of this kind. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the "Forbidden City" that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Back to your hotel.

After breakfat, have an excursion to Badaling Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, go on with the visit to Dingling, one of Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Peking Duck Dinner and Opera Show in the evening.

Take the flight for Yichang. Arriving at Yichang, met and transferred to the pier. Board your plush cruise ship and begin your lifetime cruise upstream. Starts from Yichang 21:00.

Stop at Sanduoping and ascend the Jar Hill to have a bird's-eye view of the historic Three Gorges Dam project. Reboard the ship and cruise through the fascinating Three Gorges 5-stage ship locks before going on through Xiling Gorge, the longest of the fabled Three Gorges.
Early this morning, cruise through the mesmerizing Wu Gorge's deep winding valley. At Wushan, transfer to a small ship for an amazing excursion boating on the Daning River (or the Shennong Stream) to visit the mesmerizing small gorges. Come back to the cruise ship and soon pass through the fascinating grandeur of Qutang Gorge, the most awe-inspiring and the narrowest of the three.
Today's shore excursion visit the magnificent 12-story wooden pagoda known as the "Pearl of the Yangtze" in scenic Shibaozhai Town of Zhongxian County.
Alternate shore excursion may visit Fengdu or Wanzhou.

Morning sailing through the open and green countryside to Chongqing and disembark the ship. Take the flight for Shanghai. Arrival at Shanghai, met and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai. Free for the rest of the day.
After breakfast, Pick up from your hotel in Shanghai. First come to People's Square in the city center, covering 140,000 square meters, surrounded by the municipal government office building, the Shanghai Museum, Shanghai City Planning Exhibition Hall and the Grand Theatre. Then walk to the Nanjing Pedestrian Road. It is regarded as the first commercial street in Shanghai. It was first built in 1851. Now Nanjing Road has turned into the number one site for shopping in the city. Then move on to The Bund, one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai.

After lunch, go to Shanghai's new zone - Pudong (east of Huangpu River) and ascend Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Then move to Yu Garden, a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds, Yu Market. Finally take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Back to your hotel.
