Picked up from your downtown hotel in Beijing around 8:30am and transferred to Niulanshan Distillery for a 2-hour visit in Shunyi District Beijing. Niulanshan Distillery was founded in 1952 with Niulanshan Erguotou as its first product. It has grown from a collective of small-scale workshops in the early 1950s to become a modern enterprise with 1,800 employees. The process, or "second distillation" (erguotou) of making erguotou gives it its name. The company has an agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under which it will provide banquet spirits to Chinese embassies abroad from 2007.

After pre-arranged Chinese lunch, move on to Mutainyu Great Wall for a two-hour hike. The Mutainyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of the year. The great wall winds its way over 1000 meters to the crest of a mountain before turning sharply and dipping downhill, forming a triangle known as the Ox-Horn Wall, Two unique features of this section are the double battlements and branch walls found throughout the area. Cable car is optional. After the tour, transferred back to your midtown hotel in Beijing.
