Our tour guide picks you up at your hotel at 8:00am. You will be transferred to the Temple of Heaven. Today's highlight is your visit to the Temple of Heaven, the place where the Emperors prayed for peace and harvest. On the Temple of Heaven, your Taiji instructor will offer you one hour's lecture on Chinese Taichi on the spot starting with a demonstration of the basic steps of Taichi.
After lunch, move on to the Imperial Palace, also known as the "Forbidden City". Then proceed to visit Beihai Park, a former royal winter palace. Afterwards, transferred to your hotel.
