It is the best of the four chateaus managed by Yantai Changyu Group co.,Ltd. The chateau has four functions: brewing, tourism, training and leisure. It was opened to the public June 23, 2008. It is located in Miyun County, northeast of Beijing, one hour drive from downtown Beijing.

Drive along Jingcheng Highway (Beijing - Chengde Expressway), exit at Exit 17, then turn left and drive 300 meters, you will see the site of Chateau Changyu AFIP Global Beijing. To avoid possible traffic congestion on Jingcheng Expressway, we start our excursion to the vineyard at 7:00am. The Jingcheng Expressway links downtown Beijing to Huirou District, Miyun County and Chengde. Chateau Changyu AFIP Global is located in Dongbaiyan Village, Jugezhuang Town, Miyun County of Beijing. Jingcheng Highway Exit 14 for Huairou District and Exit 17 for the Chateau. After driving past Exit 14 (Huairou District), I find the traffic is thinning out.
